Refund Policy (for Goods)
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can either return your order for a full refund or exchange it for something else within 14 days of receipt of the goods. Returned or exchanged products must be in the condition you received them. Please contact email@example.com for instructions prior to returning any products. If more than 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Some types of goods are exempt from being returned:
Downloadable software products.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:
Book with obvious signs of use
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
Any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery
Certain items cannot be refunded:
Only regular priced items can be refunded, sale items cannot be refunded.
Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Refund Policy (for Services)
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, within seven days from the purchase date, we will fully refund the cost of your order. To cancel your service purchase please send us an email to firstname.lastname@example.org. If more than 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, please do the following:
- Check your bank account again
- Contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
- Contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at email@example.com with the details of your order.

If you are shipping an item over £50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We are unable to guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
